Historic Home Review
Owning or buying a historic property brings particular opportunities and responsibilities.
Our Historic Home Review provides a detailed architectural and heritage-focused assessment of Georgian, Victorian and listed buildings, with particular emphasis on Grade II listed properties.
Since 2004, Ade Fowler has personally submitted approaching 400 planning and listed building applications across London. He helps owners and buyers understand how to protect what makes their home special while exploring how it can evolve to meet contemporary needs.
