Our Services

Expert advice. Thoughtful design. A better understanding of your home.
For twenty years we have prepared planning and listed building applications across London, Hampshire and the south coast.
We design the refurbishment and extension of significant period and listed homes in London, and advise owners and buyers on what these houses can become.
From a first assessment of a house to the complete design and delivery of its refurbishment, every project is led personally by Ade Fowler.
We have particular expertise in Georgian and Victorian homes, conservation areas and Grade II listed buildings. We understand the opportunities these properties offer, the care they require and the complexities that can arise when adapting them for contemporary living.
Whether you’re considering buying a property, exploring an extension or planning a comprehensive refurbishment, we can help you make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.

Experience that makes a difference

Specialist knowledge of Islington’s historic homes.

Islington’s Georgian squares, Victorian terraces and listed buildings are an important part of London’s architectural heritage.
Adapting these properties requires more than an understanding of design. It calls for judgement, experience and an appreciation of how historic buildings can continue to serve the people who live in them.
Working on historic London homes since 2004, we bring an informed and considered approach to each project.
Our Grade II listed work includes the two principal terraced houses on Canonbury Square and houses on Cross Street, Duncan Terrace and Cloudesley Road, alongside the Grade II* project at 39 & 39A Brook Street and 22 Avery Row.
These projects demonstrate our experience of working with historically significant buildings while responding to the practical needs and aspirations of our clients.
