Project Enquiries

If you are considering a project, we would be pleased to hear from you. We can discuss the potential for securing planning consent and help develop the scope and brief for your project, tailored to your specific requirements.

Property Purchase Advice

We offer a pre-purchase architectural advisory service for clients considering buying a property, particularly listed buildings and period houses.

For a modest consultation fee, we can visit the property with you — or on your behalf — to review the building and advise on the potential for alterations, extensions and listed building changes. This can provide valuable guidance before committing to a purchase.

This service is particularly helpful where buyers are unsure what changes may be permitted to a listed or historic property.

We are also happy to work alongside estate agents and buying agents, helping prospective purchasers understand the architectural potential of a property prior to acquisition.

Please contact us to arrange an appointment.

Careers

We are always interested in hearing from talented design architects and architectural assistants who would like to join our practice.
